Central New York Clinical Research was founded in 1992 when a major pharmaceutical company approached the internal medicine practice of Dr. J. Christopher Stringer and offered the opportunity to conduct a research study focusing on arthritis.

That clinical trial was an overwhelming success and led to the gradual expansion of our commitment to the advancement of medical research and therapeutics.

With the addition of Dr. Douglas Zmolek in 1996, we have continued to focus on our goal of bringing the most advanced medical therapeutics to our community in a safe and ethical manner.   
 

Our Mission

Our mission is to safely bring to our community the most up to date medications via clinical research trials, expand medical options, and advance medical research.  In doing so, we are always vigilant in assuring the respect and safety of our research subjects.

Our physicians are board certified in internal medicine, have clinical research experience dating from 1992, and provide community based research which compliments their internal medicine practice.
