This Merck study is testing an investigational medication in adults who have high cholesterol and have had or are at risk of having a major cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke. The study investigates how the medication works to lower cholesterol compared to a placebo, which looks like the investigational medication but does not contain active ingredients.

TYPE II DIABETES
is now enrolling.
This Lilly clinical research study is for people with type II diabetes who need weight management. This study will test if the investigational medicine can help people with type II diabetes to manage their blood glucose (sugar). To participate you must be age 18 or over, have type II diabetes, not taking any medicine to manage your diabetes, are treating your diabetes with diet and exercise only.
